Level 1
You can prepare a deadly strike from surprise. Take an action to prepare and make a sleight of hand check opposed against the target you intend on striking. If you can pass this, and take your next subsequent action making a melee attack against the target you get a +10 to hit, and get an automatic critical if you hit.
Level 2
Taking this action at the second level allows you to now do this during combat. You can take an action to prepare a strike, which next turn will either get a +10 to hit or an auto crit if it does hit.
