Creation of the Colonial Earth Empire

Political event

After years of sectarian violence in the outer-rim, and political maneuvering within the inner-rim, the Republic is dissolved and in its place arises the Colonial Earth Empire. Immedietly, politicians are arrested, their assets seized and a general conscription order is sent out in the empire.   Most conscripts are brought from the Mid-Rim and sent to the outer-rim under the new Imperial Army, to maintain order and control.
