Structure

Over seen by the Council of Kings an assembly of the most prominent warlords and politicians in the kingdom. With their blessing is appointed  a new High General to lead the unified military forces. In theory that is. 
From there each systems most prominent warlord gains a crown. Then the planetary kings. Then various lords and ladies all the way down to municipal governments.
