Signature of a commercial and military treaty between the Federal Republic and the Zelvan Council, this treaty is the predecessor of the Alliance of Alpha Quadrant which will come about ten years later. A military and economic alliance, this agreement allows greater freedom of trade between the two patners as well as military aid in the event of an attack.
