Catch Shield

The catch shield is a human invention. Thick metal hooks are added to the shield, enabling it to catch(Thus the name) enemy weapons for the purpose of disarming them. It's popular among duelists and fighters as an efficient way to render foes harmless while also seeing to one's own defence.
