Greatbow

Ogres by and large believe that the only tools they need are their own bodies and whatever tools that can do what they cannot. For the most part, being strong, tough, spiritually gifted and sharp of senses, ogres don't need tools. However, they are flightless. Thus, ogre communities use greatbows to compensate when dealing with flying targets or the occasional target that is so heavily armored that the ogres themselves cannot smal their way through. The greatbows are heavy and takes great strength to pull, but the sheer amount of force put into one of their giant arrows allows it to punch through most conventional amours as if they were made of butter.

Manufacturing process

The main limb of the bow is carefully forged to make it sturdy, yet flexible. The string is sorta woven, then strung onto the bow.
