Guard Gauntlet

Popular among gladiators, brawlers and bodyguards, the guard gauntlets combine offence and defense for the swift of arms. A reinforced metal gauntlet with a big plate attached, which culminates in a sharpened point, the guard gauntlets can be used both to deflect incoming blows and punch through enemy armor in turn. Usually worn as a pair, this gives the wielder great flexibility, with hooks on the other end of the plate also allowing for disarming manouvers.

Manufacturing process

The gauntlet and the shielding plate are made in two parts, then combined at the end.
