Megamaul

This heavy instrument of blunt violence is a weaponized symbol of the royal caste's  might. So heavy that only the strongest can lift it and capable of inflicting devastating damage when swung, the ease with which goblin queens hoist it bears witness to their power. It is furthermore protected by magic, such that neither earth nor fire can break it.
The enchantments woven into it also gives it a way to increase its power temporarily, should it be needed. Once the queen wills it, the maul's head becomes white-glowing hot and surrounded by blazing flames. Upon impact, this blazing heat detonates, frying and igniting whatever she had deigned to strike this way.

Manufacturing process

The head and shaft are forged separately, then permanently fused. After that, enchantments of power and fire are woven into the megamaul.
