Onscra
Description:
Onscra is a heavily populated city, the home-in-exile of the Ilmarite Keepers of the Flame. In the age of Darkness, it served as the central city of the lands Paracaal, being the location of the great Cathedral of Onscra (the seat of the High Keeper), as well as the Academy of Ilmare. Many of the people in Onscra were employed by the cathedral, or supported the religious hierarchy based in the city. Colors: White & Gold

Grenton was raised in Onscra as servant to High Keeper Trolan in the years prior to the original quest to the north-lands. Years later, Grenton was falsely accused of murdering Trolan in Onscra in 3232. He was sentenced to death by Alerec, but was covertly rescued by the Fae. In 3234, Vitrem and Markesh (Grenton) were arrested in Onscra after trying to steal the High Keeper's scepter, but were later released under the authority of Lord Marshall Reneslar.

History
The city was founded by Ilmarite refugees who were granted settlement in the lands beyond (west of) the Caal River by the Mistress of Al-Miniath. The city lies along the same ley line as the Tower of Al-Miniath itself.
