Urukaan VII, the Conqueror

Urukaan VII, known as "the Conqueror" is the most famous military commander in the history of the Rakkian people. He is not to be confused with Urukaan I, known as "the Law-Giver," who was the first to bear the name. (Strictly speaking, the term "Urukaan" is not a proper name, but rather a title, referring to the chief warlord of the Rakkian tribe. The word literally means "the red leader.")
