Cifs Skyrazor

If you have ships, you have pirates, and the airships of the Saldragon Princedom are no exception. Aboard his legendary craft The Freedom, stories are told about Cifs the world over, east and west of the Endless Wall, and beyond.
The Splintering has done nothing to diminish these stories as Cifs continues to appear prominently in many locations.
Cifs is reportedly working to collect his own version of Splinters: Small colored cyrstal shards that Cifs claims sing to him.
