Florence Garcia
A vampire and former leader of the Anarchs in Seattle, Washington. Based out of Volunteer Park, she worked to keep her chaotic band of vampires in line while preventing the city's Camarilla from seizing more of their territory.
When the Anarch's territory were reined in by the Folk Singer's new coterie, she murdered one of Hector Castillo's favored mortals to try and incriminate the coterie in a Masquerade breach. But her intrigues stretched themselves too far, and when Hector and the others started piecing together the mystery they quickly pinned Florence as the killer. She was captured in Leschi Park in late November of '93, diablerized by Hector to strengthen the hold over their domain.
