Ice Queen
A vampire from clan Malkavian and current prince of Miami. A famous movie starlet from the 30's, her embrace in 1940 while on vacation in Florida put an early end to her acting career. She used her wealth to jump between Miami and New York City, but after Sabbat raids destroyed her home in NYC she permanently resettled in Miami. It didn't take for her rise up the Camarilla's ranks there, her paranoia helping her survive while other kindred died from hunters and Sabbat alike. Some vampires bristle at her capricious and paranoid rule, but her quarter-century reign has kept the city so secure that even the Anarchs are reluctant to cause too much chaos for fear of drawing her attention.
