Julia Rothman

An agent in the FBI's Unusual Incidents Unit western division, 1992 - Present. She's had some run-ins with the supernatural in the last couple of years, making alliances with agents from the SCP Foundation to deal with certain objects of interest.
In 1994 she wrote and published the Rothman Report, a detailed study arguing that the Vegas World Massacre was perpetrated by rival mobs in a deadly turf war. Critics of the report are skeptical of the conclusions drawn from classified information, and Agent Rothman herself felt that something more supernatural may be afoot: vampires.
In the summer of 1995 she created a task force based out of Las Vegas to investigate the presence of vampires in cities throughout the western United States, collecting intel to determine the best course of action the FBI should take when dealing with these creatures.
