Mattie Milkbone

A vampire of clan Nosferatu who oversees all of Seattle's canals and waterways. She was expecting to take over the University of Washington as a domain after the previous owner was banished from the city, but the college was granted to the Folk Singer's coterie of thin-bloods in the fall of '93 instead.
