A Toreador vampire and Prince of Los Angeles. Despite having only embraced a couple years prior, she took control of the city in 1944 after many of the Camarilla's elders were killed by Salvador Garcia's Anarch Revolt. She managed to fend off Garcia's advances, maintaining control of much of downtown LA while Garcia and his allies operate from the sprawling suburbs and exurbs. Their rivalry has dragged on for half a century, most recently boiling over during the LA Riots of '92.
