Tiresias

An Acanthus mage and leader of the Free Council in Milwaukee. He came to power in the wake of the city's unrest in the late 1960's, fending off challenges to his authority from the Diamond and Seers alike. He's led the Council for more than a quarter century, but his hardest years may be ahead of him as the Consilium of Chicago seeks to pull Milwaukee back into its sphere of influence.
