Tri-Attack
Tri-Attack is a highly unique spell because it has two "official" variations, and dozens of other potential variations that this spell can adapt to. In short, Tri-Attack is used as a wielder's means of controlling three different low-level spells all at the same time. That is the reason it can have so many variations and limitless combination styles.
But the official variation of Tri-Attack by a single wielder is the combination of Fire Bolt, Ice Bolt, and Thunderbolt. The three glyphrings form up about the same time while the spell is being invoked, while the spawning location can vary from person to person. The best possible spawn location for these three elemental glyphrings is to form a tri-angle shape surrounding their target, which can intimidate and confuse that opponent before the ordinance is launch. When all three glyphrings are ready to fire, the fire and ice glyphrings activate before the electrical glyphring, but the Thunderbolt spell actually strikes first before the impact of the other two bolts. The jolt hold from the electrical attack often leaves that opponent totally vulnerable to the other incoming bolt attacks.
In team Leray battles where a team of three is present, Tri-Attack can be executed together by three people, in which each wielder controls only one of that spell. Officially, the idea would be to combine Fire Bolt, Ice Bolt, and Thunderbolt, but there is no real restriction on what spells can be used in unison. It is easier for three wielders to each combine one higher level spell than for one wielder to invoke Tri-Attack and control three high level spells all at once. That doesn't mean doing so is impossible. Many wielders have invoked Tri-Attack while combining an attack spell with an aura spell.

Manifestation
The official Tri-Attack skill creates three airborn glyphrings that are separated from the wielder's body, and all three of them surround the target with well-placed locations after spawning all to form a perfect triangle (if viewed from above or below). But because of the many variations of this Free-Form spell, the manifestations can also vary too greatly to describe.
