Armor: ES Power Suit

ES Power Suits are a highly upgraded version of the Sphere Gauge Armor used by the General Army. The idea behind ES power suits is to use better designed regarding the helmet/visor system and the fragmented core system to create a much stronger suit that can draw in high levels of electrical energy through the immediate capture and conversion of Leray magic through the veil.
The suits are currently in the beta stages of development as of 1971, and are being tested by tower mages only. Therefore, these suits are not yet available to the General Army. But when they are made available, these suits will have the best specifications of armor the world has ever seen, including automatic shielding technology.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

More crystal cores and core fragments are involved, but the remaining tech is not known to the public or the military.

Significance

The ES Power Suit by design will be capable of defenses even against dark magic, up to a threshold. But the real significance of this armor is the proven jump in technological accelerations being brought on by the mass conversions of energy made available by Leray magic.
