Blizzard
Blizzard is a tough and unique ability to learn. Similarly seen with the Blaze Storm spell, Blizzard acts as an attack spell and environmental aura ability mixed into one. When the spell is invoked, there is a moderate delay period before the effects can take place. One the ability kicks in, the entire battlefield or environment (up to 700 meters if not contained by a Siriean dome) rapidly loses heat, lowering the temperatures below -40 Fahrenheit, remaining this way for a long duration of time. During this period, moderate ice-elemental damage is gradually done to all target opponents on the field, while the freezing air itself causes struggle to all human people in this area due to the lowered temperature affecting everyone including the user. With enough practice, the user of this ability can become resistant and eventually exempt from all damage done from their own Blizzard ability, but will still suffer from the freezing cold air itself by the change in environment. Other environmental spells can override Blizzard, but only if their relative power levels are high enough.

Side/Secondary Effects
The veil does not do much to prevent the effects of extreme temperatures from situations that Blizzard puts people in. It is theoretically possible for someone to experience gradual hypothermia from a powerful invocation of Blizzard. However, continued exposure to constant Blizzards appears to raise natural endurance levels to low temperature abilities.
Manifestation
Once Blizzard kicks in, the entire field alters the saturation and color filtering of the affected area. Wielders who are in this field who gaze up to the sky notice the color of the sky changing to a cooling veil-blue with a semi-reflective effect, but this is all visual simulation. When used indoors, the area fills with the mist of sublimation from ice building up closer to the ground. The ice or frost that accumulates is real and may be left behind for some time after Blizzard dissipates.

Material Components
Alternativley, the wielder can make use of a Blizzard Spell Bomb, which simulates the same effect without the use of personal MP energy, other than the small amount needed to activate the orb. Using spell bombs limits the power level of this ability to a fixed area of 8, and a duration of 25 seconds.
