The special theoretical reactor is apparently the basis of the entire underground Scarlet facility. A Quantum Reactor is a systematic setup of reactors and chambers that are based primarily on bio-fuel reactions of special organic substances, which take this material and process the goopy byproduct with energy used from Leray magic release sources. The treated substance can undergo many chemical changes to make new ions of existing elements, yielding in different electro-malleability when treated further with additional low-level electrical energy release. This release triggers a chain reaction, causing electro-conductivity in the material to rise, which furthers the electric reaction to the same material, and so on. As a result, a massive amount of electrical energy can be converted from only a minor amount of Leray energy if the connections are set up properly. This produces a moderate amount of heat, nothing of which is comparable to a nuclear reactor.

Utility

This reactor can take ordinary energy captured by Leray magic through the veil, and amplify that energy in terms of electric potential, rivalling that of a nuclear reactor.
