Citizen

General citizens of Sprawn Valley have the freedom to do as they want with their lives and careers, so long as they follow the laws placed before them. Citizens are not considered in context as Leray wielders, even though Leray wielders are also citizens of Sprawn Valley. Calling one a citizen usually indicates that they live in Sprawn Valley without using, relying, or involving themselves in the arts of Leray magic. Most citizens make a living for themselves in business or commerce, applying for many jobs in the towns or cities. All citizens have a right and duty to vote in members for the mage council, who then go on to vote for higher ranking officials that set the rules and laws for Sprawn Valley, approved or rejected by the Leray champion.

Requirements

Provide legal citizenship documents and be born in or legally immigrated to Sprawn Valley.
