Cold Spin

A special skill learned long after combining a Rotation attack and Icy Wind together to form Cold Spin. The Rotation spell forms a tornado attack with high-speed wind magic as usual, but inside of the twister is a very cold temperature that throws around small hunks of broken ice at the same time, dealing heavy ice elemental damage while slowing down targets affected into the field. This is literally Rotation and a refined ice spell merged into one, dramatically improving the power level.

Side/Secondary Effects

Because of the infusion of ice elemental properties, foes hit by this spell will suffer from an intense cold that will lower the temperature in that zone dramatically, slowing them down.

Manifestation

The effects look like an ordinary Rotation spell, but the entire visible tornado retains a faint sky-blue color from the ice elements. Cold mist also diverts out from the edges of this twister.
