Concept: Glowing Eye Effect

The glowing eye effect refers specifically to wielders in Sprawn Valley who invoke magic and are witnessed by others to display a change in coloration and reflective brightness of the corneas of their eyes. This effect is only ever witnessed during the invocation of Leray magic, and only when that wielder's body is under heavy stress from intense or rapid magical charging in relation to the MP levels. This effect is most noticable for newer wielders who push their limits and attempt spells that are barely within their attainable skill level.
Noise alteration: In addition to the visual changes to eye color, wielders who are undergoing this visual effect may also have distortions in the sound of their vocal speech, including pitch changes, rapid-multilayered echo, and mild tremolo. This is only most noticable for wielders charging a ton of energy at a rapid rate.
