Dawn of a Sage Part 1: Of Magic and Reality {Story}
This is the forth book of the Leray Series, where Jane, Danny, and Taylor finally depart from Fronas, on a journey of action-packed Leray battles and fun.
Details: This was the official start of our journey through Sprawn Valley, our journey of Leray magic. None of us had any idea how much darkness stood in our future, how much despair would sink into the hearts of all of us. The reawakening of long extinguished evil is what started it all.
The drama from days before has finally died down. Jane Venn is fully recovered and ready for action. A new journey is at hand, the journey to battle all the way to the top and become a Leray master! Danny and Taylor are happy to tag along with their new energetic best friend, as this journey will slowly take them towards the rendezvous point where they are to meet Nyar and leave Sprawn Valley. Faith in the defensive capabilities of Leray magic have keep Danny and Taylor from casting magic aside. Forsooth, if magic can be any amount dangerous at all, so too can it be effective as a defense weapon of power. But as it turns out, becoming an expert of Leray magic requires years of intense training and practice; so combat training will have to be part of this expedition. Despite what happened earlier, the dynamics of magical combat seem to be more fun than what anyone had previously imagined.
But the end of one problem is only the beginning of another. In a series of battles, Jane encounters a glitch with her ability to battle properly, an abnormality with her stats that did not used to exist before now. Beginning to believe that the dangerous spell bomb she used could be the culprit, Jane sets her sights on the Den of Purity to remove any potential toxic effects that could be ailing her. However, her rushing impatience is not welcomed by Danny nor Taylor. Their secret objective is to drag this journey away from Junon for as long as possible. If Jane is having problems winning her battles, she needs to stop being so childish about it and practice harder.
Even so, that may be a small matter compared to some strange activities going in in Sprawn Valley. Hiding in shadows, criminals of the nation threaten the peace of the citizen lives, while the government and agents remain clueless to what is really going on. Once again, there is further potential evidence that magic is more dangerous than what others claim it to be. Book Number: 4/19
