The wielder throws a high-powered electrical burst of energy straight to the ground underneath the opponent's feet, creating a 3 meter square of constant electrocution for up to 5 seconds long. Jumping upwards does little for evasion to the target since the square of electricity remains alive for a long duration of time. Damage is done over this period of time like most electrical spells, but this one based on its size and shape can affect multiple targets at the same time.

Manifestation

This sheet of the electric field has a powerful jade color and an electrical glow of magical arcs from the spell's payload. This field emits a high-pitch electric sounds for the entire duration, and is generated constantly by the flow of magic coming from the wielder directly, thus does it need constant control from that user to continue functioning.
