As a short yet long distance wall of pure fire is generated just in front of the user, that wall advances forward at a moderate rate of speed, making it impossible to avoid unless the target can jump high over the fence or shield against the flaming material. While low in damage potential, Fire Wall is often used by Leray Agents as an excellent defensive tactic for homing in against criminals.
