Flare
Flare makes use of a wielder's expanded ability to take a compressed amount of Leray energy and quickly burst it into a very wide area from their own location, while setting an exclusion aura to the damage level in order to prevent themself from taking damage from their own Flare attack. Flare starts off as a small blinding sphere of light, and then it bursts in all directions, creating what is known as a Light Screen attack. Light Screen attacks fill the entire battlefield inside the Siriean dome with intense blinding light, which also inflicts heavy damage on all opposing targets in the form of non-elemental magic. Light Screen attacks are physically impossible to block or avoid since they fill an entire battlefield with its damaging light. If there is no Siriean dome present, the light screen expands to the radius of 1 kilometer without reduction to damage.

Manifestation
Once the flare expands to the entire field, there is nothing to see but white blinding light. A cool high pitch magic upshift and downshift occurs for the burst and fading of the spell.
