Ice Wall

As a short yet long distance wall of pure ice is generated just in front of the user, that wall advances forward at a moderate rate of speed, making it impossible to avoid unless the target can jump high over the fence or shield against the freezing material. While low in damage potential, Ice Wall is often used by wielders as a tactic of slowing down opponents using the ice elements.

Side/Secondary Effects

Those hit by ice magic of this caliber can expect to suffer a severe reduction in body temperature, strongest where the impact occurred. The effect is not harmful to a person's health, but causes that person to experience a great reduction of heat throughout the body, as if they were standing in a blizzard without any clothes or other heat sources, which particularly slows down their movements. On physical objects however, this spell has the ability to coat materials in a collection of ice, though it will melt very quickly.

Manifestation

The wall of ice elemental energy spans a horizontal distance of over thirty meters, but is only six feet tall. Upon creation, this cold wall of freezing mist advances on the ground, sliding forward at a moderate rate of speed. The wave passes over everything and everybody without stopping, until its max travel distance has been reached.
