Magic Elements and Damage Types: Dark Magic

Dark magic is not an element, but rather an entirely different form of magic that neglects the direct effects of the protective veil to the afflicted person. Dark magic spells can actually retain most of the same properties of existing spells, since the energy signature and damage type is the only thing that has really changed. Known to be highly illegal, dark magic spells can also sometimes manifest as special or specific spells that would never be usable in Leray-format. For this reason, dark magic on a scale of damage usually has an estimated modifier for HP reduction of +320%, evident in the reported estimated power levels of their spells.
Symptoms of sustaining dark magic damage: The same as sustaining real time damage as well as the full effects of the pain from that damage spell.
