Magic Elements and Damage Types: Lunar Magic

Magic that is not necessarily illegal, but rather lethal to invoke for any ordinary human being who's ME level is not high enough to receive the command. Lunar magic is strictly pure magical energy without conversion, directly absorbed and dispersed from the powerful light of the full moon. If invoked successfully, lunar magic has only destructive power that far exceed anything of which Leray magic or dark magic could ever hope to match, with an estimated modifier of around +1020% for HP reduction. If the magic were possible to use safely, it would be considered illegal and outlawed. However, since lunar magic needs no veil to operate, it could in theory be used anywhere in the world.
