Magic Elements and Damage Types: Water Elemental Magical Damage

Water elemental magic doesn't have many uses during battles. This is because water itself rarely if ever damages human skin. And attempting to drown an opponent is strictly illegal. Water magic usually helps for traditional processes such as moving a hydroelectric generator, or propelling an object through a current such as something out at sea, or perhaps even cooling down on a hot summer day. But the water isn't drinkable due to a moderate amount of sodium and other mineral secretions into each water spell. Nevertheless, during a battle, drenching an opponent in wet fluids can demoralize that person... Or perhaps since they are soaked with conductive material, this would double the damage from electric based spells.
