Mitigation Aura
Mitigation Aura is a unique and rare ability that fully utilizes more than 90% of all magical circuits in a deep mental and magical concentration to a personal aura that works to regenerate both MP and HP reserves that were lost during a battle over time. Mitigation Aura is not officially in the books as of yet, since the invention of the spell is rather new, let alone difficult to learn given the many requirements of practice as well as a serious understanding of magic energy waves. The aura only costs a base line of 3-4% MP energy to start up initially. When the aura is running, the wielder is constantly maintaining this aura using most of their concentration. The aura maintains itself using multiple micro-chain reactions that keep it self-sustained while MP energy regenerates over the effective period. But what makes Mitigation Aura unique is that this ability also regenerates HP reserves too. The aura can be started and stopped as many times as the wielder desires. The catch is that this kind of regeneration is not rapid.
If used for its full timed duration of two minutes, this aura will fully restore up to 50% lost MP reserves, and 33% lost HP reserves. After that, the aura can once again be restarted for additional regeneration. Cutting the aura off early only halts the regeneration rate. There is one other constraint to the ability however. Because of the constant concentration requirements needed to keep the aura running, the use of heavy magic or even so much as moderate physical movement will disrupt this aura and cause it to collapse early. Some have compared Mitigation Aura to Energy Cycle for this reason, claiming that Mitigation Aura is even more intense on the magical circuits. Any physical movement that is intense or sudden, such as a dodge or evasion, or a quick limb motion can cut enough concentration to fall the aura. Any magical exertion separate from the aura that exceeds a power level of 2 and using more than 3% MP energy will also disrupt the connection to the aura. This means that users of this skill are stuck standing stone still with no other activity in order to power the regeneration. During an intense battle, this can be counterproductive since this makes the user highly vulnerable to being attacked.

Manifestation
The user concentrates deeply on their ability during its entire lifetime, generating a faint but powerful aura of light. This aura can range in color from pure white to a jade green, and shift between these colors during its life cycle. The aura regenerates MP and HP at a very slow rate while running, and can end early if the user so desires. If left uninterrupted, the aura will keep running for a full maximum time of two minutes. During this time, wielders try not to make any sudden moves. Slow side-steps and very careful movement is possible withour disrupting the aura.
