Moonglow
Moonglow is an environmental aura spell that clears the weather conditions in the general area to bring out the full intensity and glow of the full moon. The spell attempts to amplify the light from the moon to match that of a full moon level during night time. It can clear away alternative weather effects even if they were spawned by other spells, but Moonglow will fail in the situation in which the time of day is not dark, or the phase of the moon is too close to that of a full moon. Additionally, if Moonglow is used when the natural phase of the moon is not already full, the duration of this spell and the following spell of Moonshadow will be significantly lower. Moonglow is specifically intended to be used prior to the use of the Moonshadow spell, since Moonshadow requires the light waves and presence of moonlight casting down onto the field. The sole purpose of Moonglow is to unlock the potential of using Moonshadow when the natural light of the moon is not presently available due to weather conditions.

Effect
Manifestation
The initial phase of this support spell has a rather long delay period. Nearly a full minute may go by before the effects take place, but this invocation delay time decreases with further practice, as does the lasting duration of the simulated climate spell. Once in effect, the sky in the area up to 2 kilometers is cleared of all clouds, smoke, natural aerial debris, and surrounding light pollution (which can darken the area initially). This effect often lasts for about 1.3 minutes after the initial effect.
Once the effect ends, natural weather effects may not retuurn to normal, but the intensity of the moonlight will fade of it was previously altered by this spell.

Applied Restriction
Weather changing spells can cancel out and override existing weather altering spells from opposing wielders. There isn't much that would prevent something like Storm Build from being properly invoked. But military data shows that when used in the presence of an expanded dark zone, spells such as Moonglow may fail.
