Nullification Field

This restricted anti-aura spell is trained into high ranking Leray agents for the purpose of blocking their targets from escaping during a chase. Nullification Field is a wide-area anti aura that affects every single person in its 200 meter range. Experts of this skill can expand the range to 1 kilometer by sacrificing the duration of the field and applying more personal MP energy to its use. It can be used regardless of the presence of Siriean domes.

The function and purpose of this invisible anti-aura spell is to block all outgoing long-range teleportation, as well as the immediate functional use of all healing orbs and MP recovery items that are linked directly to the Leray veil. While this field is active, everyone within the field cannot use any healing items nor teleport to any destination. Furthermore, the field can be modified specifically to exclude up to seven people at a time from these effects, giving the advantage of no-effect to allies on the field. Even better, this field is designed in such a way where the very spell of Nullification Field is blocked from invocation by other affected parties during the field's active time, so it cannot be cancled out by an opposing field.

The field does not target the user when invoked, rather the area of effect is static in position and unable to be directly relocated. This isn't a problem however, since any user of this spell can immediately shut down their own Nullification Field and activate a new one almost immediately after shutting down. Because the fields are invisible and linked to the wielders, there is no way to know whether one is in use or not, giving further advantage in the ability to recast this spell in secrecy. Apparently, top agents know how to shut down hostile Nullification Fields too, but such a thing takes time and practice, and that knowledge is not shared to the public. Normally, this field as a 1 hour duration before it will fail automatically.
