Quantech is interested in developing technology that benefits the ascertainment and configuration of various natural resources inside and outside of Sprawn Valley. The company however is only allowed to operate in Sprawn Valley given the nature of magical involvement seeded into the research of their products. They only have one building of operations in Gross City, and are known developers of the Artimus Scanner.
