Railgun (Rail Gun)

Railgun is another command skill that is also known by the same automated defense turrets that use other skills such as Laser Swipe or Rocketry. Railgun compresses a high amount of magical and electrical energy into a fixed focused precision beam. This beam is wider and contains less heat than the Laser Swipe skill, but the rail cannon of energy itself easily pierces through solid objects and can inflict heavy damage to people even while wearing metallic armor. The cannon takes time to recharge due to how much energy is used. When used by turrets, the accuracy of these Railgun shots is always 100%.

Manifestation

Millions of micro-particles all collect and vortex spin into the barrel as energy is collected. That energy is then fired out in a spinning beam with full accuracy. The beam is dark blue in color and the loud noise that is generated from this can shatter glass at close enough range.
