Rotation

Rotation is one of the most powerful and refined forms of wind elemental spells in the Leray language. Rotation is the third evolutionary tier of Whirlwind , so the spell itself still manifests and looks the same in certain aspects. But as expected, Rotation is more powerful, larger, its winds faster and more opaque, and its invocation time improved as well. Without the extra training it would take to change the spawn point of a Whirlwind attack, Rotation can easily be placed anywhere on the field with little additional cost to MP energy. Typically, Rotation twisters spawn around the user, who stands at the very center of this spinning vortex storm unaffected by the powerful wind magic. The larger radius also is a dead give away for this spell by visual design.
