Rush Assault

Rush Assault generates the speed aura around the wielder's body, giving them a serious boost in the speed of all physical movement. The use of Rush Assault speeds up the movement and invocation of all short-range physical attacks and movement speed, and is in itself combined with a low-level non-elemental magical damaging aura that affects all punches or kicks in unarmed combat. Rush Assault for example could be combined with the OctoSlash skill, enabling the user to execute an eight-hit combo with a sword three times faster than what would ordinarily be observed. The aura therefore combines speed with a any short-range physical free-form attack, but it does not affect any non-physical spells. There are many variations for using this speed aura, so the description of a Rush Assault attack is difficult to hold down.   Rush Assault may have other various uses too. Wielders have noticed the potential of Rush Assault in a sprinting session. Since this dramatically increases running speed, a wielder can invoke Rush Assault and run up to 60 miles per hour. The act would in theory physically tire a wielder out and dramatically increase the chance of misstepping and tripping to the ground. But the very possibility opens the door to other possible uses for this skill. This is a standalone spell.     Predecessor Spells: None

Side/Secondary Effects

Regardless of the rule of MP expenditure, wielders who move around for combat can become fatigued and tired out quickly. Rush Assault accelerates this exhaustion accumulation too.

Manifestation

The generation of the aura while quick generates a cool upshifting bubbly noise that hisses upon the completion of the invocation. Once active, the white aura boosts physical movement speed while synchronizing that speed and kinetic boosts to the calbibration of the nervous system to that the difference is easy to get used to. As the wielder runs on the ground, they become a blur of glowing light.

Average duration of this aura is 6-7 seconds. Rush Assault can easily be extended to last longer, but will gradually drain more MP energy as a result.
