Spirit Bolt

Spirit Bolt is the simplest form and example of Leray magic usage through the spirit element. Also referred to as using the ethereal element, Spirit Bolt is very effective against a wide range of magic creatures and other summons, including some documented dark magic creatures. Against human targets, spirit magic such as this spell will deal a fair amount of HP damage, but its potential side effect is what makes this spell far more useful for Leray combat.

Side/Secondary Effects

Spirit Elemental magic when used on humans has a fair chance to cause disorientation and general confusion. Spirit elements are not easily resisted, and can distort the senses of the unprepared wielders.

Manifestation

A concentrated sphere of ethereal elements and light-purple light whirling through the air a high rate of speed. The light-purple-colored glyphring is both large and loud with its wind-up whistling noise effect. Spirit Bolts contain targeted homing properties on the intended target with a moderate turn rate through the air.
