Split Aura

Split Aura is a rare variation of Dualcasting that takes advantage of instant and automatic spawn relocation for most attack spells after the aura works. During Split Aura, the wielder using this support spell will retain the benefits of increased invocation speed for the next two spells. In addition, the second attack spell can easily be started or spawned from any varying location within a 100 meter radius, without the extra effort or MP energy from the wielder. The spawn point shift may only occur and affect the second attack spell merged with the aura, not the first.

Side/Secondary Effects

Mild increase to physical reaction time to environment for the user of this spell. This means physical attacks combined using Split Aura may be executed with less of a chance of failure due to slightly improved reaction speeds.

Manifestation

A thin jade aura with tiny teal coloration blobs surrounds the wielder with a glow. This aura resembles a shaped bubble shield with high transparency, but actually provides no protection. The aura depletes automatically once two spells are used within the fixed duration of the aura's life line of 20 seconds.

Gestures & Ritual

Split Aura may appear to provide little benefit compared to the Dualcasting spell, in addition to saving lots of MP energy and mental concentration compared to manually shifting the spawn point of an attack spell. However, Split Aura is extremely difficult to master even for elites. Many do not bother investing that much time into a spell that is considered to be outclassed by the Blitz spell, making Split Aura rarely seen used in the wild.
