Tarzuse
Tarzuse is the name of the summoning spell that draws out the legendary Spark Drake that will support its master in a magic battle. But Spark Drakes are creatures of a very rare encounter, seldom spotted and very difficult to control, let alone acquire. Unlike other summoning spells, elemental drakes such as the Spark Drake cannot be linked to a wielder simply by practicing this spell. Instead, the wielder who practices strongly with the Tarzuse summoning technique must get lucky when their spell does invoke properly and is capable of shifting the phasic dimensions of a nearby spatially located Spark Drake. Once called out, that wielder must then defeat the Spark Drake in a single battle, part of an ancient trial. If the wielder is successful in defeating the creature and doing so with honor, the Spark Drake will mentally link with that wielder and join their journey for the remainder of that wielder's days. Since Spark Drakes are incredibly powerful, this only makes the challenge of acquiring one very difficult.
Despite the impossibility of invoking Leray magic outside the confines of Sprawn Valley's veil, it is said that Spark Drakes are more populated and migrated to other locations around the world, with the density in Sprawn Valley being very low. For this reason, despite how detailed the scriptures are with this spell and the associated elemental drake, modern mages never see anyone successfully using or demonstrating the Tarzuse summoning spell, just to call out the creature, let alone taming one for their own purposes.
When Tarzuse is summoned and tamed to be called out for assistance in battle, this special drake will dominate the air space and the electro-magnetic field in which the battle occurs, delivering devastating electrical attacks to multiple targets that are often powerful enough to exceed the protection level of the Leray veil. In addition to this power, intelligent wielders have noted that the electrical power levels of Tarzuse can be doubled instantly when combining their summon with the support spell of Storm Build, which doubles the power of most electric spells for all allies and enemies in the battlefield. It is assumed that any battle with a Spark Drake present will be of epic proportions. A strong summoning aura will be needed to control such a worthy summon.

Manifestation
The wielder charges a tremendous amount of MP energy, generating two strong jade glyphrings that assists the summon into physical space is very large (25 meters diameter the smaller 1 meter glyphring forms in front of the wielder's hand while the larger glyphring forms very high up in the air to give the creature flight once the spawning is complete. Both of these glyphrings send out random electric arcs that can zap anyone who gets too close, while the energy violently surges everywhere around. The wielder concentrates on spawning the Spark Drake while the electric glyphring forms over time becoming less transparent towards its completion. The Spark Drake from this spell is based on an endurance level system, which means the drake can be defeated in combat through HP reduction. Due to the long invocation period, it is easy to interrupt the wielder trying to summon with a strong enough attack. The Spark Drake knows a variety of powerful electric spells, some of which are not used no matter what until the linked wielder has proven their worth to the creature.
Upon integration and disintegration, the drake seems to form from tiny glowing electric particles, millions of them all linking closely together until the Spark Drake's body forms. The body of this drake in question is highly electrified, sending out small arcs of lightning to anything that draws too close to the physical location of this creature. Spark Drakes can also absorb electrical particles that occur naturally in the sky above even through the confines of a Siriean dome, which proves why Storm Build can double the effectiveness of this creature.
