Term: Siriean Dome
Named after the scientific mage to prevent random structural damages caused by wild battles, Es'han Siriean created and demonstrated the first uses of the Leray-powered Siriean Dome in 1602. This special dome shield with expandable radii connectively spawns between two wielders who both agree to initiate an official Leray battle. Siriean domes can be invoked manually, or automatically given the circumstances detected by specific responses and proximity ranges sensed by the license card chips on each wielder. Their sole purpose is to establish a transparent barrier dome only involving those of battle, to separate any stray magic spells or damages done from area attacks from the rest of the world or the onlookers watching the battle in curiosity. Siriean domes are completely indestructible, and withstand magical spells thought to exceed level ten at all times with very high refresh rates. This prevents any stray magic from damaging people in the surrounding area, or unprotected structures that would also be affected by destructive magic spells. Official matches in maintained or public areas without a Siriean dome are illegal.
