A summon is a special creature said to be made entirely out of magical essence formed in the wild of the constant Leray veil, which can be summoned and captured by a Leray wielder, later used for battle under special command. Summons have an unknown origin, and many argue that they are actually biological creatures that used to exist in Sprawn Valley whom have been genetically mutated to wield magic, change form, and traverse the mysterious magical dimension. Summons can take many different forms, each with their own unique elemental property for spells, damage, and defense. And while there usually exist many of certain species, others exist in uniform or legend. Summons effectively can be drawn to a Leray wielder who trains to summon their specific species, driven by the mutual bond to share energy with each other. When a wielder successfully summons a creature specifically from a summoning spell, that specific creature will forever be bonded to that individual for as long as their ME levels remain high enough to support their summoning spell. And during battle, the creature and human can connect to each other by telepathic methods (mental synch), enabling full control over the creature and their commands. The process for this is known as a sumoning aura. This process however is still under study.
Note: Wielders who sucessfully acomplish mental synch with thier summon momentarily have an eye color change similar to what is observed with the glowing eye effect of Leray magic. The color is always specifically a bright yellow.
