Thunder
Also known unofficially as "the dry lightning spell," Thunder has the exact same effect and power level from the Thunder Strike spell, with two key differences. Thunder summons a powerful lightning bolt which strikes from above, but all without the required presence of an existing thunderstorm. Unlike Thunder Strike, Thunder uses the same spell ordinance with the same power level without the reliance on a thunderstorm. The cost of this accomplishment is a dramatic rise in MP consumption per spell.
Additionally, if Thunder is used during an existing electrical storm, whether natural or imposed by Storm Build, the power level of the voltage used will be 75% stronger than when used without a storm.

Side/Secondary Effects
Electric Elemental Magical Damage is known to cause and create a momentary jold hold effect, which effectively traps that person from moving due to the fact that almost their entire nervous system locks up from the effects of high voltage electricity flowing through their body. The person hit by an electric attack feels two types of pain at the same time. One is the burning sensation everywhere from the electric heat. The other is a tingling-like needle sensation for every nerve in their body, often coupled with the faint or light-headed sensation once the jolt hold ends. In other cases, the heart rate may rise quickly, generating a helpful but very annoying adrenaline rush instead of a lightheaded sensation.
Additionally, strong electric attacks may causes temporary paralysis, specifically to the difficulty of physical movement long after a jolt hold ends, but this is more associated with very powerful electric spells.

Manifestation
The aerial glyphring forms high in the sky, with the strong signature jade color and symbolic design through the holographic ring. Since the spell draws power from the user's MP energy with or without a storm above, the bolt of lightning is specifically designed to phase right through the Siriean dome with no power loss at the same time. Striking the target from above, the bolt of electricity holds the enemy down for a couple of seconds, and the force of which the strike occurrs may damage the ground below.
