Water Blast
A short blast or stream of water that is usually non-damaging. On foes, the blast may knock one off the ground if powerful enough, causing falling damage. The spell can become more powerful with use, as firefighters rely on this skill in Sprawn Valley to put out fires.

Effect
Side/Secondary Effects
This spell does not cause any damage, but it may drain the hydration levels of the user if used too often. This will also soak the opponent in fresh water, which may be uncomfortable to some.
Manifestation
A small circular warp point of water magic similar to a glyphring forms in front of the user's hands just before a large jet stream of water is blasted out. The spell can feel empowering for many to use, shooting out up to 5 gallons per second.

Discovery
Water Blast was discovered long ago as a connective means to the Hollifax Ocean for an initial source. The spell has several out-of-battle applications, and is commonly used in certain festivals.

Effect Duration
Typical Duration is a steady blast of 2-3 seconds. However, this spell can continuously keep a beam of water going for a limitless amount of time, until that wielder runs dry on MP energy or wears themselves out.
Effect Casting Time
1.5 seconds for beginners
Range
Maximum observed range was 75 Meters. Increasing the range decreases the power of the blast, so expanding the range beyond 75 meters is not recommended.
