The Mega-Staff is a unique and legendary magic device handed down to worthy Leray champions. The device is larger than most staffs, contains integrated technologies highly advanced for its time, and is a classification of both an Absorber Staff and a Crystal Staff at the same time. The crystal core of Sprawn Valley not only holds energy to be released, but can convert that magical energy into the formats of Leray magic, dark magic, and lunar magic. The Mega-Staff can act as a portable crystal core with all that is stuffed inside of its crystal sphere. Just like magic can be stored in dispersion crystals, the Mega-Staff behaves like one massive dispersion crystal on top of its other duties, giving it the ability to release magical energy without the presence of a Leray veil, until that energy is depleted. On top of this powerful amplification and conservation of Leray magic, the Mega-Staff also contains a unique summon slot designed to capture and control Entiene, using the ethereal dragon as a summon for the wielder who posesses the Mega-Staff. For any situation, this staff is an incredible asset to have.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The Mega-Staff's crystal sphere contains a miniature technology the very same as the official Sprawn Valley crystal core, while the conversion process is actually left up to the wielder. Just like magic can be stored in dispersion crystals, the Mega-Staff behaves like one massive dispersion crystal on top of its other duties, giving it the ability to release magical energy without the presence of a Leray veil, until that energy is depleted. This device can be stored in a personal supply sphere.

Manufacturing process

The device would have to be dismantled to understand how to create another one. Once dismantled, the Mega-Staff in question would cease functioning.

Significance

The Mega-Staff is an emergency crystal core backup should something happen to the veil, and it can store an enormous amount of energy on its own. This tool also behaves as a hybrid class of the Crystal Staff and the Absorber Staff, providing both benefits to the holder in combat. This is required not only to capture Entiene, but also to use him in combat as an official summon. In the wrong hands, this weapon could be dangerous.

Because of the embedded magical properties, this Mega-Staff can technically function with the internal aura intact even if taken outside of the Sprawn Valley veil, so there was never a need to recreate or copy the blueprint of this indestructible device. There is only one Mega-Staff in the world, and it belongs to the Leray champion who also completes the trial of mages.

Raw materials & Components

Some of the substances used in the handle of the device are not fully known by composition, because of how old this device is. The crystal spheres is actually one very large and highly compressed lunar crystal. There are obvious modifications to the design of this staff compared to ordinary staffs, including microscopic computer chips and fiber-optic wiring inside.
