General Yulo

General Yulo is the 'second' general of the General Army, getting orders directly from the Leray champion and directing all of his soldiers through various operations and training exercises. Why are there two generals? It's rather simple; both generals operate during different shifts of different days to take pressure off during peacetime. The second general is basically the second in command of the first general, sharing most of the same duties. In critical situations, it may be necessary to have both generals divide the army into two or more units, enabling easier simultaneous command structures.
