Zero Zone
Zero Zone is one of the best area aura spells any wielder could learn. The nature of this ability is the power to stop time to the entire universe for everyone and everything except for the user of the ability. Zero Zone technically accelerates the spacial dynamics and energy dynamics of quantum displacement, while sending out an all-powerful aura that separates this acceleration to the user's personal aura from the new magical aura being sent out everywhere else to mimic the actual effect of changing time itself relative to the wielder. But most find it easier to claim that this ability slows time down for everything else to a point where any previous movement or thought would be close enough to being stopped that the user would be unable to tell the difference, but time itself is actually still moving forward at an indistinguishable slow pace.
The Zero Zone spell is incredibly difficult to learn, and has a very high ME requirement, with a large ME to MP ratio (meaning the MP cost is very high regardless of ME levels). The spell relies on the wielder's ability to generate what is known as a full-area magical aura that bursts outward in all directions from their charged magical aura. Such an action would have to be invoked almost instantly while using up all of the charged MP energy at the same time, which in itself is a source of high difficulty for many elite wielders.
The ability uses this auric pulsation that travels in all directions through time and space with an acceleration of quantum dilation. So, there is no range to this ability. Zero Zone doesn't just stop time in a specific area or where limited to a Siriean dome; it stops time for the entire universe itself. When this happens, the slowdown of time is so intense that light itself becomes distorted, removed of all colors, while external noise is impossible to hear. The wielder is unaffected by this opposing time dilation, and acts as normally for the limited duration of this aura. During the time of this activity, the wielder can still generate their own magic and their own noise. All magical spells that they cast function normally and sometimes with full lighting and coloration effect since it is linked to their accelerated quantum displacement of the unaffected personal/magical aura. But once that spell unleashes its payload against the target, or more specifically separates from all reliance and dependency from the wielder, that spell will also become frozen in time until the aura shuts down.
When the time distortion aura does shut down, it does so smoothly and gradually, giving the wielder plenty of warning that time is about to resume a normal state. Due to the nature in that time is stopped universally and not isolated to one area, while the flow of time itself remains in constant linear with synchronized changes to the quantum dynamics between external space and the wielder, paradoxes of time do not occur because it is impossible for them to occur. The primary disadvantage to using Zero Zone, one of the many reasons high ranking wielders often do not learn them has to do with the sharp MP cost for using the ability, let alone the time it takes from learning other spells to focus on learning this one. If a wielder uses Zero Zone, nearly half their MP is gone, and chaining a combination of attacks while in this special aura easily depletes the rest of their energy, which is ineffective against a target with a high HP level and a powerful endurance level.
Zero Zone is a spell that has existed for a long time, and it has been used several times in the past by prominent criminals to infiltrate buildings to steal physical items or trade secrets. To combat this, anti-Zero-Zone fields have been created with a constant projection flux of magic that prevent the invocation of Zero Zone for wielders currently standing in such fields. This does nothing against a wielder who has already invoked Zero Zone outside of the anti-Zero-Zone field to begin with, but larger fields mean longer time to travel within a Zero Zone against wielders who use this spell for the wrong reasons. Eldora Tower has successfully installed one of these fields to the entire tower and the area all around the structure while excluding the arena rooms in order to prevent wielders from breaking into the already secured facility. The installation of this field was conducted only after a failed break-in occurred with the attempted use of this method.

Side/Secondary Effects
The area of view around the wielder becomes darker and harder to see, while also losing all color. If the user of this ability is currently touching the skin of another biological creature whether human or animal - during the full invocation of the Zero Zone ability, every person and animal that was touching this wielder will also gain the shared benefits of the Zero Zone spell from just one invocation, and be exempt from the slow of time for the full duration of that aura. This means that in team battles, a single wielder can make much better use of Zero Zone by including their own allies into this aura by holding onto them during the invocation. Of course, this could work against that wielder if they recklessly use Zero Zone while an enemy is grabbing onto them.
When Zero Zone is in effect, the Siriean dome actually remains functioning, since the refresh rate of the shield is actually faster than the maximum time acceleration factor of the Zero Zone aura. However, the difference is small, which means that during a Zero Zone aura, the Siriean dome is weakened by a severe amount, and may be destroyed by enough stray magic affecting multiple areas of this normally invincible shield.
When Zero Zone is in effect, the Siriean dome actually remains functioning, since the refresh rate of the shield is actually faster than the maximum time acceleration factor of the Zero Zone aura. However, the difference is small, which means that during a Zero Zone aura, the Siriean dome is weakened by a severe amount, and may be destroyed by enough stray magic affecting multiple areas of this normally invincible shield.
Manifestation
The wielder quickly charges the MP energy needed to create the effects of the spell to begin with. Normally, magical charging leaves a kind of trace, or glow to certain parts of the body. But with this spell, there is no trace or hint of the ability being used under normal circumstances. MP energy can be charged and discharged instantly with such refined power. When the wielder uses the spell, they convert all of this energy into the special aura that they need after mentally configuring the aura, since intense understanding of its properties are required before such invocation can take place.
Once the aura activates, it bursts outwards, initially showing a blue hue to the expanding color filter that quickly fades away, leaving the entire world even outside of the Siriean dome colorless, cold, and void of all activity. Certain objects that were already moving very quickly to begin with can actually be observed as moving slowly by the wielder, since this ability does not fully stop time entirely. For an average duration of 25 seconds, this wielder can do anything; whatever they want without anyone else ever finding out, since they are the only ones unaffected by this time distortion. The intent is to quickly chain physical or magical abilities to the target while the aura persists, to ensure that their foe is totally unable to dodge, block, or counter the chain of attacks. Damage done to the enemy will not register on the energy scope nor will most of this damage actually occur physically until the distortion aura begins to fade away. All of the wielder's magical abilities, and the wielder themself will usually retain their color and noise generated only by them, but this effect can vary.

Discovery
Zero Zone gets its name from the idea of generating a zone of space where the forward progression of time is set to a value of essentially zero, thus generating a "zero zone." Interestingly, this power is not one that is registered with the Leray veil, but it has been around since before the construction of Eldora Tower, rarely ever seen due to its ME requirement. Zero Zone has no specific point of origin, but some speculate on rumors that it was an ability stolen from one of the ancient gods by humans. Scientific Mages still see Zero Zone as an incredibly understudied wonder of Leray magic, prophesizing that the ability to slow time only proves how much control a single wielder has of the magic dimension environment and their own personal dispersions of auras. Zero Zone is also the primary ability that while understudied, proves that there is a great difference and powerful connection between the "personal aura" and "magical aura," a theorem that explores why only humans and certain intelligent animal species can tap into or invoke magic at all, while other lower level animals, bugs, and fauna cannot (as they lack a personal aura or consciousness).
