Layk is a Givin ex-slave, freed by our protagonists in their escape from Horuz. Formerly a servant of Keiter, Layk is an exceptional designer and engineer.

The protagonists have not yet uncovered much of Layk's history.

Appearance

Pale and skeletal even by Givin standards due to his servitude, Layk's face is bone-white, stark and serious. He strongly prefers simple clothing, even in his newfound freedom.

Characteristics

Layk has been witnessed lacking a great deal of cool in a fight, and prefers hiding to participation. He has shown great gratitude for his freedom.
